By using fameheld.com, placing an order, submitting a sell request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Fameheld is a social media asset marketplace. Every account listed for sale on this website is owned by Fameheld — you buy directly from us, not from anonymous third-party sellers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the social platform on which the account exists.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. All payment methods on Fameheld are processed manually: after you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm the amount and share payment details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a listing is no longer available.
4. Handover
Accounts are handed over by our transfer team, including credentials, email/phone control and recovery settings. Handover typically completes within 1 hour during working hours and within 24 hours in most other cases.
After handover you are solely responsible for the account's security, content and compliance with platform rules.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 7-day refund policy, subject to the account being unused and unchanged. See the Refund Policy page for full eligibility rules.
6. Selling to Fameheld
When you submit a sell request you confirm you are the lawful owner of the account and that the information you provide is accurate. We may request verification such as a screen-share of insights and ownership.
Offers are non-binding until both parties confirm the final terms in writing. Payouts are released after a confirmed, clean ownership transfer.
7. Services
Management, branding and UGC/AI video services are delivered according to the scope agreed in writing. Growth results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Fameheld for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, scraping, automated attacks, or to purchase accounts intended for scams, harassment or the distribution of illegal content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fameheld's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or platform actions taken after handover.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
