We only collect what we need to price accounts, process orders and support you — and we never sell your data.
1. Data we collect
Contact details you submit: name, email, phone number and any message or notes you send through our forms or chat.
Order details: the listings you order, amounts, preferred payment method and the reference we assign.
Sell requests: platform, handle, niche, asking price and any account information you choose to share.
Technical data: basic device and browser information generated when you use the site.
2. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare valuations, process and deliver orders, arrange account handovers, provide support and comply with our legal obligations.
With your consent, to send occasional updates about new inventory. You can opt out at any time.
3. Our AI assistant
Conversations with Daniel, our assistant, are stored so our team can follow up on your enquiry and improve the service. Please do not share passwords, 2FA codes or payment card details in chat.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, database, email and messaging providers) and only to the extent needed, or where required by law.
5. Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and role-restricted staff access. Administrative access to our control centre requires two-factor authentication.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to support you and meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to marketing messages, by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and session working. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
